Fleet Week '06 - USS Anzio (CG-68)

The pictures of the Anzio aren't all that spectacular, but I figured I'd post them anyway. The USS Anzio (CG-68) is a guided missile cruiser commissioned in 1992. In addition to carrying two Seahawk helicopters, the Anzio is armed with the following:
- 2 x 61 cell Mk 41 vertical launch systems
- 122 x RIM-67 SM-2
- BGM-109 Tomahawk or RUM-139 VL-ASRO
- 8 x AGM-84 Harpoon missiles
- 2 x 5 in, 2 x 25 mm, 2–4 x 12.7 mm guns
- 2 x Phalanx CIWS
- 2 x Mk 46 triple torpedo tubes
By the way, our tour guide mentioned that the 5-inch gun on the front of the ship can fire 13 miles!
