New Building on 110th

This building has being going up steadily over the past few months on 110th St between Lexington and Third. I'm assuming it will be apartments but there's no marking anywhere that says so. It would probably be a good place to live since it's half a block from the six train, literally right next to the Hell's Gate Station post office and across the street from the Aguilar library.
